Managerial/Executives Personnel - New & Developing Jr/Sr. Manager/Executive/Supervisor (s) of HRD, Personnel Management, Section Heads & Secretarial Officer/Manager(s) and any other functional area of management from public & private sector organization/s, entrepreneurs, Banking Personnel, etc. can benefit from the program. Heads of Academic institutions would also be benefited by attending the training program.

Secretarial & Admn. Personnel

The Secretarial Training Programs are meant for Personal Assistants/CA/PS/ES/Steno/Administrative Executives & Assistants and all Administrative & Secretariat Staff of Public & Private Sector organizations/Institutions. Staff of Central & State Govt., Statutory organizations are also eligible to participate the Secretarial Development Learning Program. .


All events are residential ( 3 Days =2 Nights 3 Days) ( 4 days = 3 Nights and 4 Days) and organized in Deluxe/Star Hotels. Check-in time at Hotel for respective Training Programme is 12.00 Noon on Firstt day and Checkout from the hotel on 12.00 Noon on 3rd/4th day (Prior or extended stay will be charged extra).


For all Managerial Training programmes participation fee will be Rs. 30,000 per participant. Single Delux Accommodation will be provided for all Managerial Programmes. Accompanying Spouse Rs.8000/-. children age 06 or below no additional charge. However age above 06 will be charged Rs. 5000/- Extra/additional per kid. Senior Executives Learning Program Participation fee Will be Rs.65,000/- Secretarial Learning Program Participation fee Rs.19,000 Per participant. Twin Sharing Deluxe Accommodation will be provided. Accompanying Spouse Rs.8000/- . children age 04 or below no additional charge. However age above 04 will be charged Rs. 5000/- Extra per kid which includes all. Participation fee includes Program materials, Kits, Boarding & Lodging, Sightseeing & Limited Entertainment. Other Managerial Learning Programs Participants will be provided SINGLE Deluxe accommodation.


Registration only through email followed by participation fee by Demand Draft/through NEFT in favour of M/s Sterling Institute of Corporate Conferences & Events payable at any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank operations available Branch in Palakkad/Kerala. Demand Draft should be forwarded through Registered Post or by hand delivery through participant. The Programme contents and details of the final program will be intimated to the concerned nominating officer along with confirmation of participation. Nominations should reach us on or before 7 days prior to the commencement of the program. Cancellation of Nomination possible only with 7 Days notice, last minute cancellation should be avoided to overcome the unnecessary payment of reservation/retention charges. However in such situation we would accept substitute nomination or 40% participation fee.
